Answer: Just-in-time is a production method where each piece is made to order, ensuring that each garment is unique for each customer. This allows us to personalise our creations according to your preferences.

Q2: Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Answer: Due to the nature of just-in-time delivery, your order is sent directly to our workshop, so it is not possible to change or cancel it. Please check your order carefully before finalising it.

Q3: What methods of payment do you accept?

Q4: What are the delivery times?

Your order will be dispatched within three working days of confirmation of your payment. As a general rule, our customers receive their orders in less than 10 days, although the exact time may vary depending on the destination country.
